Creating Assets
Section titled “Creating Assets”Models
Section titled “Models”Create voxel-based models using Blockbench:
- Install the Hytale Blockbench plugin
- Create your model using cubes and elements
- Apply textures to faces
- Export in Hytale format
Textures
Section titled “Textures”Textures define how surfaces appear:
- Standard image formats supported (PNG recommended)
- Create in any image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Aseprite)
- Apply to models via the Asset Editor
Animations
Section titled “Animations”Define how models move:
- Create keyframe animations in Blockbench
- Attach to entities, items, and effects
- Preview directly in Blockbench
Sounds
Section titled “Sounds”Add audio to your content:
- Standard audio formats supported
- Create ambient sounds, effects, music
- Reference in pack definitions
